Health Gorilla encourages you to take platform security updates seriously and to report any security concerns promptly. Updates may include changes to authentication, encryption, access policies, or other platform safeguards that affect how your system interacts with Health Gorilla APIs.

Overview

Security updates are typically communicated through the following channels:

  • Client Success Manager (CSM): Your assigned CSM may share policy changes, critical updates, or required configuration changes.
  • Security and Compliance Team: Direct notifications are sent when security changes impact tenant behavior or access requirements.
  • Release Notes: Important security changes are documented in biweekly platform release notes, available in the Developer Portal.
  • Support Requests: You may receive guidance related to security updates when submitting technical questions or environment configuration changes.
