Restrict by IP
Health Gorilla supports IP allowlisting to protect your environment from unauthorized access. Only requests originating from approved IP address ranges will be accepted. This restriction applies at the tenant level and must be configured by the Health Gorilla Support Team.
Use this control to prevent unauthorized systems from making API calls, reduce the risk of credential misuse, and enforce environment-specific boundaries for development, staging, and production systems.
To request an IP allowlist update
- Prepare a list of IP addresses that should be granted access
- Identify the environment the request applies to (sandbox or production)
- Submit a request to the Client Support Team at support@healthgorilla.com or through the Support Portal
- Include your tenant name, contact information, and the list of IP addresses
- Wait for confirmation from Health Gorilla that the allowlist has been updated
Use static IPs to ensure consistent access. Dynamic or personal IPs are not recommended. Always notify Support if your IP ranges change.
